I have heard of the Ener-G and yes it is vegan. These cookies look yummy. <BR/><BR/>My nephew is allergic to eggs and we successfully use Ener-G egg replacer (which is a powder) in all his baked goods. I guess you can even make Not-an-omelet and Not-an-egg-sandwich with the stuff as well. I don't know if it is vegan, though I would be surprised if it was not.
